    I use Iubenda. Seems ok, but haven't tested it thoroughly. However, translation is bit compliaced; though German should be included as option already.

    I am curious – has anyone found dashboard type software to build a privacy programme like OneTrust/CyberComply etc for smaller organisations, has anyone found that they’re really are worth the cost?

    Yes, I agree with Dave. My company uses OneTrust, but I work at big company. Previously we used Excel. Not a perfect solution, but if you are small, should be ok. And for reportin - yes, powerBI can do the trick. Or you can do summaries and graphs in excel sheets - depends what you want to see and rRead more

    There is no such obligation. It is controllers duty to establish legal grounds for processing and give proper instructions to processor. Processors obligation is to follow instructions. Though processor must inform controller if instructions (in processors opinion) infringes GDPR or applicable Member State laws; but even then responsibility for legality of processing is on controller. Processors liability is to follow agreement and instructions, and is is liable when it determines purposes and means of processing (i.e. steps outside controller-processor relationship).
