    It will depend on your industry, for example there is a defined one for health and social care as per the NHS DP toolkit requirements. They are. the ones I am most familiar with. I've not seen the ICO define it.

    At the moment the ICO are asking you a load of extra questions about your company on the Chatbot - they are optional (they don't tell you that), so just tell them no thanks and carry on!

    It will be exactly the same as any other breach. If there is a risk to the individual then report. If there is a high risk then you also let the data subject know.
