We are currently reviewing the induction and annual privacy training our employees receive. We are a global, organisation, headquartered in the UK. Our current training package is very GDPR focused.
What training packages do others use and recommend for us to consider?

Hi, we deliver extensive personal and computer based training across the whole spectrum of GDPR and cyber security, including social engineering and physical security. The key is to have something that is trackable, ie you can prove the user at least accessed the video and ‘watched it’…..and if you have an LMS the maker sure it integrates.
In many cases we never attend site but simply create a program to roll out over the agreed timeframe.
We use a global solution called KnowBe4. In addition to the training it provides phishing simulation attacks and can be used to distribute corporate content such as CEO messages etc.
You can simply access it by their website or your preferred It supplier. Alternatively give me a call and I’d be happy to discuss.

Are you looking for a provider that supplies content? Or do you plan to create your own content? You may find you need to either tweak what they offer or create your own to make it work for your organisation.

We are looking to move away from our current packages, and to widen out the focus from concentration on the GDPR.

Hi there.
Do you have data protection training modules that are pre-packaged already and you’re looking to widen the data protection and privacy training to include other jurisdictions where you operate / or are you concerned that the current training is focussed too much on ‘EU GDPR’?
There are module based privacy and data protection training providers that look at Global Privacy and common threads across a privacy landscape, rather than zeroing in on tte EU GDPR
