I have found the ICO’s guidance on anonymised data and I am still confused. If the data is no longer Data as per the definition in Article 4 and is therefore anonymised. Do we have to state a retention period or can we keep indefinitely. Help!

Not under GDPR, but as much as possible all data should have a retention period whether personal data or not.
