Hope this helps 0 Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Chris Roberts 0 Questions 42 Answers 0 Best Answers 42 Points View Profile Chris Roberts Silver contributor 2021-03-05T17:59:33+01:00Added an answer on March 5, 2021 at 5:59 pm Hi Caroline, I feel the best way to answer you is to discuss how I address Data Sharing Agreements for my clients. Hope this works for you? Every agreement between to parties is different as it should accurately describe the specific Processing activities being undertaken. The ratified DSA will also reflect the risk positions of the organisations agreeing to it. I have a range of starting points (call them templates if you like) and I select the one that best fits the situation I find the client in. I also need to understand the clients attitude to risk to help me determine the starting point from which we then tailor a solution. 0 Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Leave an answerCancel replyYou must login to add an answer.
