      Hi there Caroline,

The IAPP has a free template available on its website: https://iapp.org/media/pdf/resource_center/Data-Processing-Agreement-NEW-9-26-18.pdf

Do not forget to read through it and adapt/edit it to your use case though, but it is a good place to start.

      Hope this helps

Hi Caroline, I feel the best way to answer you is to discuss how I address Data Sharing Agreements for my clients. Hope this works for you? Every agreement between to parties is different as it should accurately describe the specific Processing activities being undertaken. The ratified DSA will also reflect the risk positions of the organisations agreeing to it.

I have a range of starting points (call them templates if you like) and I select the one that best fits the situation I find the client in. I also need to understand the clients attitude to risk to help me determine the starting point from which we then tailor a solution.
