My assumption is that this is for your own personal development. I would recommend that that you look at some of the youtube channels, linkedin, twitter, patreon and the like of some of the notable people that have been mentioned on some of the other threads on this forum. By starting to review and listen to what is being said and discussed will allow you to start to see the concepts in the regulations being discussed in real world applicability scenarios; actually one of the best forms of training there is. Granted this is not a quick and easy win as it takes time, effort and commitment but it will help a lot.
