Nature of Relationship

We are a chain of sports facilities, where if you join one facility, you can access all facilities in this chain.

One of our facilities is a separate legal entity, but uses the same membership system, processes and procedures, without any segregation between the two entities.

Would this be an instance of joint controllership, as both entities collect and share data for the similar purposes, or a processor relationship?

      What is the nature of your contractual arrangement with the separate facility and the expectations of your membership with regards to the information that they would receive from that separate legal entity?
