Hi, as an organisation we have a lot of internal forms that need to be named and signed by the employee, this is normally done to prove that they have completed a task or received something.
Assuming that lots of organisations do the same thing, what privacy information have you placed on the form or have you covered this in another way?

A well written Fair Processing Notice covering all the relevant detail, should allow you to get a single signature to say they have received it (for your records). It’s very difficult to get proof they’ve read it and understand it – that’s where your training plan kicks in.

That should be covered in your Employee Privacy Notice or as some called it Fair Processing Notice for employees. There is no need to provide them each time separate information.
