SCCs

If sending personal data (name + email address) to a data processor in the US, and that data includes data from UK and EU residents as well as residents in other countries worldwide, which SCCs do we use – UK (ie the old EU SCCs until there are new ones) or the new EU SCCs? Or should we use both?

      Hello!
Concerning the data being sent from the UK, you should use the old SCCs until the UK publishes its own version of it.
On the other hand, the data being sent from the EU gives you a few choices depending on the date you’re going to send the data and if it is a new transfer or an existing one.
If it’s a new transfer before September 27th, 2021, you can choose between the old SCCs and the new ones, and if it’s after, you have to use the new ones.
If it’s a previously existing transfer before December 27th, 2022, you can choose between the old SCCs and the new ones, and if it’s after, you have to use the new ones.
